J.J. Hickson Talks Tennessee Visit
Basketball recruiting at Tennessee has changed so much since Bruce Pearl hit Knoxville that it's hardly recognizable as the same process anymore. That point was illustrated by the top-five signing class Pearl pulled in last year, and has been reiterated this fall by the kind of prospects Tennessee is involved with, such as Georgia's J.J. Hickson, from Marietta's Wheeler high school.
Hickson (6-foot-8, 220 pounds), who was in Knoxville this past weekend for an official visit, is one of the top prospects in the nation regardless of position. And as good as Pearl's first full signing class was, adding Hickson in his second go-round would likely be the head coach's biggest get yet.
