After having cheered for Miami all of his life, Chris Perry decided to deliver a verbal commitment to the Hurricanes early this past summer.

Although the 6-foot-4, 315-pound defensive tackle from Keller (Texas) Fossil Ridge maintains that his pledge is still "pretty" solid for the team in Florida, he plans to take, at least, a couple of more visits.
