Hankerson down to two
Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Saint Thomas Aquinas wide receiver Leonard Hankerson has narrowed his list down to two finalists. The talented pass catcher, who plays for one of South Florida's top high school programs, will decide between a local favorite and the nation's current top-ranked team.
"Miami and Ohio State coaches call me every week," Hankerson said. "Basically, those are the two schools I am down to. "Recruiting has really slowed down at this point at this point and time."
The 6-foot-2, 185-pounder has set up an official visit to Columbus to check out the Buckeyes on the date of what is shaping up to be a huge game.
"I'm going to Ohio State for the Michigan game," Hankerson said. "I like their program, I like their coaching staff. I like that they have put a bunch of wide receivers through there."
