Johnson City, Tenn., Science Hill wing [db]Omar Wattad[/db] made the most of his summer AAU opportunities, garnering recruiting interest from several high major programs. After taking official visits to UNC-Wilmington and Georgetown, the 6-foot-5 guard/forward has made his college choice.

"I'm heading to Georgetown," said Wattad to VandySports.com this evening. Wattad had also considered a scholarship offer from Vanderbilt. He had set an official visit to VU for last month, but backed out and scheduled a Georgetown visit instead. He also considered George Washington and UMass, among others.
