West Monroe (La.) cornerback Terry Carter is being heavily recruited by the Razorbacks, in addition to several other programs.

Carter, 5-foot-11, 175 pounds, is rated the No. 24 prospect in Louisiana for 2006 and the nation's No. 31 cornerback prospect. He picked up early offers from Arkansas, Louisiana-Monroe and Duke.
