Virginia Tech commitment and athlete Kendrick Pressley out of Sumter, S.C. concluded his season on Friday. The 5-foot-11, 169-pounder couldn't help lift the Gamecocks over Fort Dorchester.

"We lost in the playoffs to them, it was a pretty close game," he said. "I thought overall this year our team did pretty well. We didn't play like individuals and everybody got along really well.

"I finished the year passing for 1,000 yards and rushing for 1,000 yards. I was pretty happy with my own performance. I can say my passing really improved this year as well as my completion percentage. I was much more accurate."
