Arkansas received a verbal commitment from Little Rock (Ark.) Catholic defensive end Jake Bequette in April, and since he has worked hard to become a better football player.

The Rockets did not have a very good season, but Bequette racked up 6 sacks, 2 forced fumbles and 2 fumble recoveries and an interception. He has also upped his bench press max 30 pounds.
