Port Gibson linebacker Maurice Crutison was one of the earliest Bulldog commitments this year, but after tearing up his knee and after being fairly quiet over the fall, many questions have arisen about his status. Has he healed? Is he qualified? Is he still committed? Port Gibson head coach Harry Brown clears up a few of these issues.

"When he came back, he played okay but the shape wasn't there," coach Brown began. "He wasn't able to get used to the game speed as quick as I thought. He only ended up playing three games. He played against Lawrence County and he played in the last two against Mendenhall and Florence.
