Neal dominates for Bunn
Kerry Neal helped lift Bunn High School to unprecedented heights this fall even though the 6-foot-3, 234-pound defensive end couldn't power the program to a state title. The Wildcats fell 34-16 in the third round of the state playoffs last weekend to defending 2-A champ Clinton.

Notre Dame's first verbal commitment in the 2007 class ended his senior season with 132 tackles, 30 tackles for loss, 16 sacks and 12 forced fumbles. He also recovered four fumbles, picked off four passes and returned one of each for touchdowns. That stat stuffing year, which included Bunn (12-2) posting five shutouts, helped Neal earn an invitation to the inaugural MSL Sports "East Meets West High School All-American Football Game" on Jan. 6 at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Fla.
