The Cowboys picked up their 16th commitment of the 2007 class and second of the day today when Ephraim, Utah defensive tackle Tonga Tea pledged to sign with the Cowboys coming up on December 20. Tea will fill a huge recruiting need for Oklahoma State and is rated as a four-star prospect by Rivals.com.
