The Jan. 12 official visit weekend at Louisville is starting to take shape with nearly a half dozen prospects already committed to making their trips that weekend. One of those is four-star Visalia (Calif.) College of the Sequoias JUCO linebacker Brian Ellis whose trip to Louisville will be his first of this recruiting process.

The 6-3, 240-pound Ellis has already been through one recruiting process, choosing Florida out of high school before being academically unable to attend school in Gainesville and moving out to California. Now in his second go-round, the No. 13 ranked JUCO prospect in the country is wiser for having been through the process before.
