His father may live in Lexington, but the West Coast is home for Burien (Wash.) Highline athlete Anthony Watkins. With signing day looming, Watkins admits distance from home is becoming a factor in the decision-making process.

Oregon State has a slight edge at the moment, but Watkins (6-1, 183, 4.65) is still seriously considering Kentucky. He officially visited Kentucky in December and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. He says his mother seems fine with the possibility of him going far away from home, but he still has a tough decision ahead.

The Cats gave Watkins more to think about with on-field success. Prior to the season he didn't expect to see UK at 8-5 and celebrating a Music City Bowl victory.
