Cincinnati |
After committing to Central Michigan last month, quarterback Audie Cole of Monroe, Mich., is looking to possibly follow former head coach Brian Kelly to Cincinnati. The 6-foot-5, 204-pounder plans to take an official visit to the school Jan. 12. He'll also head to Bowling Green on the 19th before deciding. Cole believes that Cincinnati is leading due to his familiarity with the coaching staff.
Cincinnati is in the top four for Pickerington (Ohio) Central safety Brian Peters. The 6-foot-3, 194-pounder took a visit to the school last month and plans to takes visits to at least Ohio and Northwestern before deciding.

Connecticut |
Connecticut is the clear leader for Egg Harbor Township, N.J., wide receiver Vincent Fields. The Huskies continue to be in contact, but haven't offered the 6-foot-3, 205-pounder. If they do, Fields plans to visit the school before deciding.
The Huskies are one of three leaders for local 2008 offensive guard Chris Bizano. The Greenwich, Conn., lineman has Connecticut, Maryland and Boston College leading for his services.

Louisville |
Four-star junior college linebacker Brian Ellis has scheduled his first official visit to Louisville on Jan. 12. If the Cardinals can convince Ellis to come to Louisville, that would possibly go a long way into helping them with five-star teammate Woodny Turenne. They have mentioned they are interested in playing together in college. Ellis plans to take visits to Florida State, Auburn and Arkansas, too.
Florida linebacker Ronnie St. Fleur has scheduled an official to Louisville on Jan. 19. The three-star prospect doesn't have any clear favorites, but is planning to visit Minnesota on Jan. 12, along with Michigan State and West Virginia sometime this month.

Pittsburgh is still a leader for Florida offensive tackle Branden Curry. The 6-foot-6, 300-pounder took his only visit to Pittsburgh on Oct. 21, but plans to take two more visits before deciding.

Pitt has an official visit scheduled with running back Bryan Williams on Jan. 19. The former Panther commit and current junior college prospect has Pittsburgh leading over other offers from Minnesota, Akron and Temple.

Rutgers |
Rutgers is a leader for junior wide receiver William Green. The 6-foot-3, 208-pounder has the Scarlet Knights and Boston College on top since they have shown the most interest up to this point.
Rutgers is a slight leader for 2008 offensive tackle Art Forst. The 6-foot-8, 288-pounder states he is a fan of Rutgers and it doesn't hurt that they are one of four schools to have already offered him.
The Scarlet Knights are one of three schools - along with Boston College and Temple - to have already offered 2008 Jersey running back Reggie Dixon. The 5-foot-7, 158-pounder claims to have no favorites, but he does like the idea of staying close to home.
As of this writing, things look very good for Rutgers when it comes to offensive lineman Anthony Davis. Davis will choose between Rutgers and Ohio State on Saturday.

South Florida |
South Florida is one of two leaders for Georgia wide receiver Dontavia Bogan. USF and UAB are on top for the 6-foot-0, 180-pounder. According to Bogan's head coach, if the Bulls offer him on his official Jan. 12 there appears to be a good chance he'll commit on the spot.
The Bulls will be receiving an official visit from three-star offensive tackle Jatavious Jackson on Jan. 12. The 6-foot-4, 270-pounder has two other visits planned to LSU and Clemson later this month. He also is looking hard at Florida State and Florida.

Syracuse |
Syracuse added a commitment from former Minnesota defensive tackle Oliver Haney. The 6-foot-4, 260-pounder out of New Jersey originally picked the Golden Gophers, but with Glen Mason's departure he had the Orange ready as his backup. The two-star prospect committed to Syracuse over offers from Minnesota and Michigan State.
The Orange is in the final mix for four-star tight end Rob Gronkowski. The 6-foot-6, 232-pounder out of Pittsburgh (Pa.) Woodland Hills is down to Syracuse, Clemson, Ohio State and Arizona. He's expected to announce a decision on Jan. 10.
Syracuse might get an official visit from Maryland commitment Lansford Watson later this month.

Three-star wide receiver Maurice Williams hasn't set an official visit to Morgantown yet, but the 6-foot-0, 185-pounder plans to make the trip in January. Once Williams visits West Virginia and Iowa, he plans to make a decision.
Linebacker Ronnie St. Fleur already has visits planned to Minnesota and Louisville on the 12th and 19th of January. The three-star prospect is scheduling two more visits to West Virginia and Michigan State later this month.
