ORLANDO, Fla. - Purdue-bound running back Dan Dierking knows he's not the biggest guy on the football field. That doesn't mean he won't try to use a variety of running styles to get to the end zone.

In practices at the East Meets West All-American game, Dierking has shown both flashes of power and speed. The 5-foot-9, 178-pounder says that's all part of something that comes naturally to him.
