A late summer commitment to South Florida by Lakeland (Fla.) Lake Gibson defensive end Claude Davis is still holding on despite one official visit already taken and more scheduled. The 6-4, 228-pound prospect was in Louisville last weekend and while he is not ready to switch his commitment, the Cardinals did impress.

Davis was hosted on his official visit to Louisville by freshman defensive end Deantwan Whitehead, but he spent time with many members of the football team.
