One-time Michigan commitment Jerimy Finch of Indianapolis (Ind.) Warren Central shocked the recruiting world when he reneged on his U-M pledge and committed to Indiana in mid-January. However, it seems the Wolverines aren't going down without a fight.

Finch, a four-star prospect and Rivals.com's No. 1 safety prospect (No. 37 overall) at 6-1, 203 pounds, told Rivals.com the biggest reason he chose the Hoosiers was teammates Chris Adkins and Andrew McDonald, who committed to IU earlier in the process. When Warren Central and one-time Michigan target Jeff Boyd, a defensive lineman, committed to Indiana the same weekend Finch visited, that all but sealed it.
