Virginia Beach (Va.) Salem linebacker Lyndell Gibson picked up his first offer of the recruiting season last month from a school in the ACC. There's no question, Virginia Tech is very interested in the 5-foot-11, 236-pounder, but have they pulled the trigger on an offer?

Gibson has an offer from Duke. His three favorite schools are Virginia Tech, Miami and Ohio State.
