After making his visit to Corvallis last weekend, Marcus Perry was pretty sold on Oregon State. The 6-foot-1, 225-pound long snapper from Eastlake High School in Chula Vista, California only needed an assurance that he'd get a scholarship before making any decisions, and he would find that information out this Friday. Well Friday is here, and Perry got the news he wanted to hear.

"I'm coming to Oregon State," Perry said. "It looks like I'm going to have a greyshirt scholarship. I was really happy about it when they told me I had one and I feel like it's the place where I can take school and football and have a good time with it."
