Louisiana stud gives pledge to Tigers

AuburnSports.com There's no denying the talent of Scott (La.) Acadiana DE Wilfred Journet.
He's gotten it done on the football field.
The 6-foot-3, 242-pounder racked up 126 tackles, 48 for a loss, and 16 sacks as a senior. He was named first-team all-everything in the Pelican State as well as Louisiana's 5A Defensive Player of the Year.
But while Journet was taking care of business on the field, he fell behind in the classroom early in high school and was unable to catch up.
As a result, he'll be taking the JUCO route after high school. Good thing for him, schools are willing to take that chance of placing him. That's where Auburn comes in.
