It doesn't take long to detect from D.J. Stafford's voice that the four-star LaGrange (Ga.) is eager for national signing day to arrive.

But not in the way that one might think.

Stafford has been committed to Kentucky since Thanksgiving weekend, but has been under a blanket of recruiting calls from other schools and media outlets wondering if there could be a late change of heart.

"I'm still going to sign with Kentucky," Stafford said succinctly on Monday afternoon, less than 40 hours away from signing day.
