Arguably the best recruit to ever come out of the state of Texas and into the Cal program, Dallas (Tex.) Episcopal School of Dallas quarterback Brock Mansion made his commitment to the Golden Bears official earlier today. With Mansion's arrival, Cal now has four quarterbacks with an Elite 11 resume.

ESD head coach Aaron Beck told Cal fans exactly what they are going to see from Mansion someday.

"Cal is getting a coaches dream," Coach Beck stated. "You might not see it immediately because he'll redshirt, but this is an absolute perfect match. Brock is a player that everyone will look up to and want to be around. He's a special individual."
