Auburn just wrapped up 2007 recruiting with the nation's No. 7 class. On Thursday they got the 2008 class off to a great start with the commitment of Orlando (Fla.) Dr. Phillips wide receiver Damion Allen.

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Allen, who runs a 4.5 40-yard dash, was a standout at an Auburn passing camp last summer. Since his time at the camp, Allen has known where he wanted to go.
