NoCal two-way starter getting notice
D-I schools love to find players who have the athleticism and versatility to play more than one position. A player of this caliber gives the signing school more options to fill needs in their program. Tight end/linebacker Anthony Miller (6-4, 245, 4.84) from San Jose (Calif.) Archbishop Mitty is one such player.
"Anthony can catch anything thrown near him," Archbishop coach Dave Brown said. "As far as a defensive player and I've been coaching for a number of years, I have never seen a player play the edge quite like him."
"Anthony never gets hooked in."
On the recruiting front Miller went UCLA's junior day and enjoyed it very much. He receives letters from Michigan every week and Cal is also showing interest in the two-way standout from San Jose.
