Michigan offers third instate prospect in 08

TheWolverine.com Michigan started off their class of 2008 with a commitment from one of the top players instate in the class, Detroit Cass Tech cornerback Boubacar Cissoko. On Signing Day they offered their second instate prospect, Grand Haven offensive tackle Dann O'Neill, and at their Junior Day on Saturday the Wolverines made their third offer to a state of Michigan player.
Detroit Southeastern wide receiver Fred Smith picked up early offers from MAC programs Bowling Green and Toledo, but on Saturday he picked up his first offer from a Big Ten program when he attended Michigan's Junior Day.
