Michigan an early leader for Torrence
Michigan was not among the final group of teams decided between when Canton (Ohio) South class of 2007 four-star athlete Devon Torrence made his decision for Ohio State last summer. The Wolverines have made an early offer to his brother, running back Devoe Torrence, however, and reside in his early top group of favorites.
The 6-2, 210-pound Torrence is listed as a linebacker by Rivals.com, but said most schools recruiting him, including Michigan and Ohio State, are looking at him for the running back position. The Buckeyes do already have his brother coming in as a freshman next fall, but at this time, that's not playing a major factor in his decision.
