The legend of Cypress, Texas, tailback Sam McGuffie seems to be growing by the day thanks to impressive video, junior year stats and an ever-increasing list of offers. TheWolverine.com caught up with McGuffie's head coach to separate the fact from the fiction, and his answers might be surprising.

The 6-0, 185-pound McGuffie, who sports offers from Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Florida and Alabama among others, has quite a list of accomplishments. As a junior he rushed for 3,212 yards and 44 touchdowns on 358 carries, averaging close to 30 carries a game.
