First offer in for Georgia WR
The start of the week was good for one Southeast region prospect. A Big Ten program became the first school to extend a scholarship offer to Hawkinsville (Ga.) wide receiver Kamaron Riley.
"Indiana offered me on Monday," he said.
The 6-foot-2, 178-pounder talked about how the Hoosiers sent him the offer.
"One of their coaches sent me a text message last week and asked me to call him, so I did and he said they were sending me an offer," Riley said. "I was surprised the text message by them because they had not been recruiting me too much. I got (the offer) in the mail on Monday."
As for his interest level in IU, Riley has yet to learn a lot about the school or the program.
