Wilmington (NC) Hoggard Jonathan Cooper has received his first offer from East Carolina, naming the Buccaneers as his front-runner because of it. Along with the ECU, Cooper declared two ACC schools to round out his top three.

The 6-foot-3, 287-pound lineman has an offer from ECU while Duke and Wake Forest are also very interested.
