Longhorns get one over on Texas A&M

Beginning last week, when word officially broke that Nederland blue-chip defender Dravannti Johnson was decommitting from Texas A&M, the recruiting rumor mill had really been heating up.

The smoke began to swirl on Friday night when it was learned that Johnson was taking an unofficial visit to Texas on Saturday, and the speculation on how things might shake out has been running wild ever since.

Would Johnson pick up an offer from Texas and would he commit? Or would he continue to weigh his options and look at some of the other schools that had extended scholarships, including Oklahoma?

On Monday afternoon, the Longhorn fan base got the answer it was hoping to hear.
