Work left to do for Demetrious Davis

HuskerOnline.com One of Nebraska's 2007 signees was in Lincoln the day of the Red-White game, but he wasn't there primarily to check out the pageantry of the game day atmosphere or the play on the field. This potential future Husker was instead concerned with getting his academic situation squared away so that he would be able to be immediately eligible as a freshman.
Will he make it to Lincoln this fall or will he have to take a detour to the JUCO ranks?
St. Joseph (Mo.) Benton High defensive tackle prospect Demetrious Davis, who signed with Nebraska on Letter-of-Intent day in February, got to see only a bit of the spring game because he had something of greater importance to take care of.
