Smithson Valley offensive lineman Thomas Parsons has been on the Texas A&M radar for quite some time now. An Aggie offer has been expected for a few days.

He got the word yesterday in person from Texas A&M offensive line coach Jim Bob Helduser.

The 6-foot-6, 265-pound Parsons has scholarship offers from Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, Baylor, New Mexico State and Connecticut, and is receiving heavy interest from USC and Texas Tech.
