Belle Chasse safety commits to Tigers
LSU Head Coach Les Miles and his staff picked up commitment number six on Friday when Belle Chasse safety Rocky Duplessis told the coaching staff that he will be playing college football in Baton Rouge in 2008.
The 6-2, 185-pound safety joins Kellen Theriot, Brandon Taylor, Clay Spencer, P.J. Lonergan and Jhyryn Taylor as the early commitment for the Tigers.
Belle Chasse Head Coach Bob Becknell said it has been a very exciting time around the Belle Chasse campus over the past three days.
"He committed to LSU yesterday," Becknell said of his safety.
