An obvious stop on Frank Beamer's recent trip through Hampton Roads had to be at Virginia Beach (Va.) Salem last week. The school features two Rivals250 prospects and both hold offers from the Hokies.

The first was 5-foot-11, 170-pound running back Kevin Whaley.


At this time, Whaley claims there are no favorites.He did however state his offers have increased as he holds scholarships from Virginia, Virginia Tech, Maryland, Marshall and Connecticut.
