Hall on the road to recovery

AggieYell.com When Beaumont Central athlete Derrick Hall committed to Texas A&M back in early February, his football future was somewhat in doubt. Hall had broken his ankle in a playoff game in the fall and still had pins in the joint on his unofficial visit to College Station.
With Hall's biggest asset being his speed (he is a nationally ranked sprinter), the fact that he was coming off a major leg injury was cause for concern for many schools. However, the Aggies offered the 5-foot-10, 201 pound speedster anyway.
