High school coach: Anunike 'relentless'
Duke's recruiting class swelled to six commitments Tuesday night when Lewis Center (Ohio) Olentangy tight end Kenny Anunike ended his recruitment by committing to the Blue Devils.
Anunike's high school coach, Ed Terwilliger, has had a first hand view of Anunike's development over the last three years, and he says there is no question Duke is getting a high caliber player.
"Kenny is one of those kids, the best football wise thing I can say about Kenny is that his potential is unlimited," Terwilliger said of Anunike.
"He's going to be a great player for us [this season] but he is just going to keep getting better and better because he's also very young and his growth pattern has been exactly what you would want in a recruit for a division one football player. Regardless of how good of a player he is, he is even a better person. He is just an awesome kid, has a tremendous home life, and great moral and ethical values."
