A couple of Virginia Tech commitments made an appearance at the Hokies camp on Saturday. One of those was Amherst, Va. wide receiver Derrick McCoy. The 6-foot-3, 210-pounder had a solid showing and enjoyed his time getting to know the Tech coaches better.

With a commitment behind him, McCoy is working on adding a pledge from his teammate Peter Rose.
