Compton (Calif.) College offensive tackle Eldridge Sims signed a letter-of-intent with Kansas State in December. The three-star rated prospect was just short of arriving in Manhattan to participate in spring practice drills but was named as part of the Wildcats' recruiting class by Ron Prince in February.

Now, with summer classes beginning at K-State, when will the 6-foot-6, 288-pounder make his way to Manhattan?

Sims is planning to try to find his way into the offensive line rotation upon his arrival in the Little Apple."
