He'll be at NU before you know it
With several high profile prospects scheduled to make unofficial visits to Nebraska in the next 30 days, that period of time could prove to be key to the Huskers recruiting efforts on signing day 2008. One, namely Kyle Prater the quick and powerful outside linebacker and the author of 126 tackles in his junior season, plans to be in Lincoln giving the once over to one of his top three schools.
Prater has the 26th or 27th of June penciled in as to when he'll make an unofficial visit to Nebraska. Previously, the 6-foot-2, 215-pound prospect made his way to Texas Tech, Oklahoma and LSU on trips. He claims offers from those four schools, along with Oklahoma State, Baylor, Rice and Purdue.
