Cats find more OL help

GoPowercat.com Kansas State recruiting will continue as long as The Waffle House keeps its doors open. That is the philosophy of recruiting for Ron Prince and his staff. Well, the doors remain open around the clock and the Class of 2007 continues to have names join the list. This time, the coaching staff has returned to a familiar place - Compton (Calif.) College - in search of more help along the offensive line.
Compton offensive tackle Eldridge Sims already signed with K-State as part of the 2007 recruiting class. Now, a member of the same offensive line is going to be making his way to Manhattan, Kan.
Eric Benoit, a 6-foot-4, 300-pound offensive guard, recently accepted an offer to play for the Wildcats.
Benoit did pick up another offer from another Big 12 school, Baylor.
