Birmingham (Mich.) Groves offensive lineman Deon'Tae Pannell has been hinting at a decision for several weeks now. The three-star prospect holds offers from all of his top schools and is currently taking and planning unofficial visits so he can be ready to make his decision later this month.

The 6-5, 300-pound Pannell visited Penn State at the end of June. He had previously visited both Michigan and Michigan State for camps earlier this summer, but is making return trips to both places this week.
