Miami Booker T Washington High School WR Davon Johnson says he's talking once or twice a week with Hurricane coach Clint Hurtt.

And it's not just quick little conversations.

"When I talked to him two days ago we talked for a good 45 minutes," Johnson said. "I always talk to him for that long. We were just talking about academics, and we talk a little football. He tells me what's going on down there."
