Georgia Tech targets Arizona kicker
Georgia Tech is graduating both their kicker and punter after this season so replacing those two positions will be a big priority this recruiting season. The Yellow Jackets usually don't offer many special teams players, but they've set their sights on Arizona's Jeff Locke, whom they offered earlier this spring. Locke, who is from Phoenix's Mountain Ridge High School, recently flew out to Atlanta to check out the program.
"It was a real nice visit," Locke said. "They had a full day planned for me. I saw pretty much the whole campus and I met with Coach Chan Gailey and a couple other coaches. They showed me all the facilities. It's all centralized in one area of campus by the stadium. I got to learn about all their majors and I saw the rec center. I saw one of the dorm rooms, which was real nice. I pretty much saw everything I needed to see. It was pretty nice. I liked everything."
