Highland Springs, Va. quarterback Matthew Hurdle joined his teammate Antoine Hopkins at Virginia Tech this past weekend. The 6-foot-3, 176-pounder felt good about his performance and talked with Hokiehaven.com about it.

"Everything went well over there," he said. "I threw the ball around and did some agility drills. I think I felt really good about it. They coaches told me they liked what they saw."

On the visit, Hurdle talked with a few of the coaches.
