Blackmon actually enjoying two-a-days
It's easy to take preseason practice for granted.
For two solid weeks, the Auburn football team trudges out to the intramural fields near the athletic complex and sweats through an hours-long workout in the searing afternoon sun. Even before the Tigers strap on the pads, it's a brutal, physical experience.
Even defensive end Quentin Groves, a team leader and all-conference favorite, admits he doesn't relish two-a-days.
And then there's Tray Blackmon.
After a grueling two hours and 50 minutes on the practice field, Blackmon stayed to chat with a group of reporters. He wore a happy smile for almost every minute of the interview.
