DETROIT, Mich. - A little less than 24 hours ago, it appeared that Detroit Southeastern wide receiver Fred Smith had decided to play out his college football career in Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan.

But Smith had reservations about his decison and took a Saturday visit to Michigan State.

On Sunday, Fred Smith announced where he would be playing his college football.
