Rivals100 OT takes in Auburn-Kansas State
Anniston (Ala.) four-star OL Antoine McClain had attended an Auburn game before. He was there a year ago when the Tigers shut out Arkansas State 27-0.
Saturday night, the 6-foot-6, 315-pounder was back on the Plains for Auburn's 23-13 win over Big 12 foe Kansas State. Needless to say, the atmosphere surrounding the two games wasn't the same.
"It was a lot different," said McClain. "I don't know if I was expecting that. The crowd was great. There were a lot of people there. Everybody was crazy."
McClain, rated the No. 12 OT prospect in the country by Rivals.com, arrived in Auburn in time to see the traditional Tiger Walk. McClain didn't realize he would get cheered on as well.
