Naron surprised by early offers

AggieYell.com Class of 2009 offensive lineman Clint Naron of Klein Oak High School got his first taste of college recruiting this summer. The 6-foot-6, 290 pound prospect attended Texas A&M's Game night camp and was verbally offered by the Aggies shortly afterward.
So, when September 1 rolled around and colleges were allowed to send written offers to high school juniors, Naron was not surprised to see an envelope addressed to him from Texas A&M. However, a couple of other pieces of mail caught him completely off guard. He received offers from Texas Tech and Baylor.
