After Michigan's opening loss to Appalachian State, we caught up with Sugarland (Tex.) Fort Bend Dulles wide receiver Darryl Stonum, who committed in July, to get his reaction. At the time he said the team just needed a spark on offense and that was something he wanted to bring to the Wolverines.

Michigan rebounded from their sluggish start with a 38-0 drubbing of Notre Dame on Saturday and the 6-2, 180-pound Stonum was in attendance as an official visitor. Maybe he's already bringing that spark.
