Graham enjoys visit to Iowa
Four-star tight end Hubie Graham returned home on Monday after making an official visit to the University of Iowa this past weekend. The 6-foot-4, 227-pound Graham hails from Scranton, Pennsylvania, where he plays for Coach Mike DeAntona, who said his star player was very impressed with his time in Iowa City.
After West Scranton's 41-12 victory over North Pocono on Friday night, Graham flew out to Iowa City first thing Saturday morning to catch the 11 AM kickoff at Kinnick Stadium. The four-star prospect was impressed not only with Iowa's 10-6 victory over previously ranked Illinois, but also with how the Hawkeyes used their tight ends, including a 20-yard touchdown catch by Brandon Myers that proved to be the difference in the game.
Graham has now been to games at Pittsburgh, Rutgers, UCLA, and Iowa this season with trips to Illinois and Georgia Tech still on the schedule. All six schools have offered.
