Top 2009 prospect opens things back up
The Texas A&M football program has not received much good news in a while. Although the team is 5-2, a lopsided loss at Texas Tech this past weekend has brought unrest. Also, the recent revelation that head coach Dennis Franchione had a secret email list that recipients paid $1,200 annually to be informed of injuries and the like has caused a strain on the College Station campus.
On Thursday night, the Aggie program took another hit. Aldine Eisenhower safety Craig Loston, who committed to A&M in February of his sophomore year, decided to re-open his recruitment. Although only a junior, the 6-foot-1, 190 pound prospect is already being courted by schools all across the country. He says that he does not want to limit his options.
Despite only being a junior, Loston has received offers from Miami, Florida, Colorado, Kansas State, Penn State and Minnesota.
